上個星期一到星期五，飛到德國總部去參加了產品的訓練課程，真的是給他有點累，光飛就用去了將近兩天的時間，在加上一點時差，所以真正在德國的時間不超過兩天半，嗯！真的有點趕。
此次最重要的事，我和我韓國的同事一致認為，並不是我們要去受訓，而是我們去訓練德國人！為何這麼說咧？因為再出發前，德國人就已經要我準備一些資料，跟他們介紹電子產業。過去的2年，我常常會在業務會議中提到我在台灣將一些添加劑，銷售到電子產業來增加利潤以及開發新的應用，而這些都是德國所沒有的，所以他們對這部分感到非常的有興趣！
於是我便上網找了一些資料，更到youtube下載了一些介紹製程和原理的影像檔，當然是說英文的囉！因為我的菜英文是絕對無法應付精深的專業知識及製程介紹的，更絕的是我還找到說德文的咧！看得我德國同事一愣一愣的。
此次最大的收穫，其實就是expose myself，讓總部的人對我有印象，知道以後有電子產業的問題的話，就會想到我，這樣我的機會就多很多囉！哈哈哈....其實之前就曾經發生過，總部的tech support發一封信來問我，說有美國的客戶再問，要降低光阻劑的表面張力該添加甚麼東西，有趣吧？總部的tech support竟發信來問我ㄝ！所以這次同行的韓國同事就說，我們這次的行程是"support tech support!!"
照了一些相片，歡迎到相簿中欣賞。對了！值得一提的事，德國的小hotel不提供所有盥洗的器材與用品，但竟然有按摩浴缸ㄝ！我還給他試用了一下，嗯...不錯！

Quite good experience in my life to train foreigner especially those are
they totally
don\\\'t understand what we do in Taiwan. I spent 2 weeks to prepare the
presentation
materials to ensure that I can expose myself just in once.
As you said how good Taiwanese we are!!

回覆刪除Maybe they will assign you to be a trainee in Germany in the future, ha ha. Then you
can ask them to show you the money first, right?
Beside business issue, did you get any other special experience in Germany?

回覆刪除I don't think they will do it as Germany is so proud of themselves. In addition, they
even don't think the material was helpful I guess. They may just think it was
interesting. Anyway, I will let you know if they do it someday and I will difinately
ask the money then.
Nothing special!! The only funny thing as I mentioned was massage bath. However, it was
pity for one person use. You know what I mean. ha ha ha...
